SH79F326 is a high-speed and high-efficiency 8051 compatible microcontroller. At the same oscillation frequency, it has the superior feature of running faster than the traditional 8051 chip.

SH79F326 retains most of the features of the standard 8051 chip. These features include built-in 256 bytes of RAM, 2-way UART and external interrupts INT2, INT3 and INT4.

In addition, SH79F326 also integrates an external 1280 bytes of RAM. The microcontroller also includes a 32K byte Flash block suitable for program storage. SH79F326 not only integrates standard communication modules such as EUART/TWI, but also integrates modules such as dimmable LED, 96-point LCD driver, 12bit ADC, PWM timer, etc. In addition, SH79F326 also has built-in 16-way touch key (Touchkey) module, CRC module, digital logic configurable (LCM) module.
