The most eye-catching was SK Hynix’s new HBM4 memory product:
This is the industry’s first 16-layer stacked HBM4 memory sample with a capacity of 48GB.
It doubles the number of data channels of the previous generation HBM3E (to 2048) and increases the speed to 8.0Gbps.
SK Hynix is the first memory manufacturer to challenge the mass production of 16-layer HBM, and it took the lead in launching 16-layer HBM3E at the end of last year.
SK Hynix also demonstrated other new enterprise-level storage products:
A new specification of 128GB large-capacity notebook memory bar (LPDDR5x-7500).
A new generation of server memory bars (DDR5 MRDIMM) with a single capacity of up to 256GB.
