This is the industry’s first 16-layer stacked HBM4 memory sample with a capacity of 48GB.
It doubles the number of data channels of the previous generation HBM3E (to 2048) and increases the speed to 8.0Gbps.
SK Hynix is ​​the first memory manufacturer to challenge the mass production of 16-layer HBM, and it took the lead in launching 16-layer HBM3E at the end of last year.
