Changxin Memory Technologies (CXMT) recently officially launched its latest DDR5 product series, achieving a significant breakthrough in the domestic production of high-end memory chips in China.
The newly released products have reached internationally advanced performance levels, with a maximum operating speed of 8000Mbps, and are the first in the industry to launch 24Gb high-capacity NAND flash memory.
To cover all application scenarios, CXMT simultaneously launched seven module types, including UDIMM, SODIMM, RDIMM, and MRDIMM for future servers, comprehensively serving the high-end market demands of personal computers, laptops, workstations, and data center servers.
This strategy not only demonstrates CXMT's strong R&D and productization capabilities but also provides downstream customers with high-performance, diversified supply chain options, significantly enhancing the self-reliance and controllability of China's domestic memory industry, and is expected to play a significant role in the high-end DRAM market.
