BDNC (Holding) Limited

BDNC (Holding) Limited was established in 2007 through a management buyout of Beijing Design and Creation Electronics (Beijing) Co Ltd from its shareholders. In 2016, with technical and strategic investment from Taiwan, the company expanded its business scope from digital signal processing (DSP), mixed-signal IP, and electro-acoustic products to include product development and manufacturing based on these technologies, with a particular focus on utilizing ultra-thin tempered glass.
